Behind the Bench

Welcome to Threefold Rings, my name is Sarah. I come from the hospitality world, raised in retail and restaurants at the Jersey Shore. I opened Tf to be an atmosphere you want to be in- and now you can be at our private Philly studio! Specializing in stone sourcing and custom rings come lounge and make your dream ring real!

As a kid I’d see a ring and be mystified by how its stone was set. It seemed liked magic and still does. My initiation into jewelry came through antique diamond and estate jewelry dealers. Most memorably the day a couple came in looking for an engagement ring. As the ring passed over the counter, the proposal happened right there. Gushing and popping champagne, this was forever. Tf slowly began to grow from there.

Eventually I made it up to NYC’s diamond district to learn from the best. Stars aligned in 2022 and Tf’s first studio space was formed in defunked-denist office in Chinatown. From there came sales jobs, production bench gigs, and morning runs to the district. Seeing every facet. I came to understand what I love most about this craft are the stories that our rings hold- and old mine cuts! This is the best job ever, thank you!
